I Ambrose Petty being of sound mind and memory, but in a bad state of health. I will that so much of my personal estate. be sold to satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses. The residue and remainder of my est. both real and personal shall remain together for the use and benefit of my wife and chn. until the youngest one comes of age, then sell to the highest bidder and each to have an equal share.
