Note from researcher: Alfred and Mary Tubb Petty remained in Tennessee until 1833. They then moved to Pickens County, Alabama. By 1837, they had moved to Noxubee County, Mississippi. Alfred Petty died in Noxubee County, Mississippi, August 07,1843.
Mary later moved to Leon County, Texas in 1860 with at least four of her children, one of whom was married.Alfred Petty and Mary Tubb had ten children.
