This will was found in Princess Ann Co., VA Will Bk 1 (1783-1794) - will dated 18 Feb 1796 signed in presence of Edward Petty and Charles Henby (or Honly) and Amy X Biddle; will prob. 5 Dec 1796 mentions brother in law, Cornelius Honby (or Honly), brother Francis Petty; court case held in Princess Ann Co., VA on 6 Feb 1797 for William Petty, dec'd to obtain probate of will.
