I have not been able to make the connection, but she did name a son Pressley Petty. Her son, Allen B. named his son Presley T. Petty. The Presslers came from Germany and settled in Maryland. Some later migrated to Virginia and North Carolina.

Petty Will) in Clark County, Kentucky. He was the son of Thomas Petty Jr. and Elizabeth Moore.
